Saturday, August 18th from 9AM to 3PM, Fellowship Hall at New World UMC.
We will be planning all of our Pack activities, budget, and leadership for the coming 2012/2013 school year.
All registered Pack and Den leaders need to attend if at all possible. Every Den (or Patrol) needs to be represented. Leaders….please RSVP to David Shufford to confirm if you will or will not be able to attend.
ALL parents are invited to attend if they would like to take part in this important process. Parents…..if you plan to attend, please RSVP to David Shufford, so we can include you in our plans for lunch.
Please be on time to start the conference. We will have an agenda to follow and make good use of our time invested……hopefully getting done earlier than 3PM. Please dress casual/comfortable, no uniforms needed for this meeting. No scouts or children please.
