For Pack 378, Blue and Gold is the culmination of the Scouts’ hard work and effort. This is a time to honor the Scouts with their rank badges and thank our adult leaders for all their hard work over the past year.
For the Webelos II, this ceremony recognizes those Scouts that have earned the Arrow of Light, the only award earned that can be worn as a Boy Scout. All Webelos II who decide to continue on to Boy Scouts will participate in a cross over ceremony and be welcomed into the Boy Scout Troops each Webelos II has selected to join.
